Key Responsibilities:

Market & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth internal and external market analysis.
  • Provide insights on industry trends, competitive positioning, and revenue forecasting.
  • Optimize sales forecasting and inventory flow models.

Strategic Planning & Product Development:

  • Develop strategies and action plans to maximize market share and ROI.
  • Oversee annual brand planning, packaging, and product improvements.
  • Conduct market research for new product development.

Marketing & Brand Management:

  • Design and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Set sales goals and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage P&L to ensure business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc (Science) / MBA (Marketing / Pharma Marketing).
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of cardio-diabetic products and market dynamics.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic decision-making and business acumen.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage complexities and drive ROI-focused initiatives.
