Job Summary:
B2W Placements Jaipur is hiring Business Analysts (Configuration Specialists) to help configure, implement, and support enterprise-level cloud-based CX products. If you have experience working with US clients and a passion for digital transformation, this role is for you!
π Position Details:
β Experience: 2-3 years
β Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM IST
β Location: Remote/Hybrid (India)
β Industry: IT, SaaS, Digital CX
β Competitive CTC: Up to 8 LPA.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
- Get trained and certified on cloud CX/ITSM platforms.
- Gather business and technical requirements from clients.
- Configure and implement enterprise CX products for global clients.
- Provide product training, demonstrations, and onboarding support.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Assist with pre-sales activities and documentation.

B2W Placements Jaipur is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive sales in SaaS & IT solutions. This role requires expertise in US cold calling, B2B sales, and lead generation.

β Experience: 3-5 years in B2B SaaS Sales & US Cold Calling
β Shift: 7 PM - 4 AM IST (US Market)
β Location: Remote (India)

πΉ Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling (60%), email outreach (20%), and LinkedIn networking (20%).
- Identify potential clients and convert them into qualified leads.
