Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee and expand our market presence across the specified regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and ensuring the effective distribution of our publications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territories.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and distributors.
• Conduct presentations and workshops to promote our publications and gather feedback.
• Market Analysis:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
• Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Provide training and support to sales representatives and channel partners in the region.
• Administrative Duties:
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the educational publishing sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is ₹35,000 to ₹80,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (emails and calls).
• Sales-driven mindset with negotiation skills.
