🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Content Development & Writing:
• Develop high-quality, age-appropriate educational content for KG to Class 8.
• Align content with NCERT, CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, and International Curricula.
• Create textbooks, workbooks, teacher guides, and digital learning materials.
• Design interactive worksheets, exercises, and assessments.
✅ Editing & Proofreading:
• Ensure grammar, clarity, consistency, and educational accuracy.
• Edit and proofread manuscripts to enhance readability and engagement.
• Align content with learning objectives and pedagogy.
✅ Illustration & Design Coordination:
• Collaborate with designers to ensure visuals complement the text.
• Guide image selection, placement, and layout for better comprehension.
✅ Curriculum Research & Alignment:
• Research educational trends, child psychology, and best teaching practices.
• Integrate 21st-century skills, competency-based learning, and NEP guidelines.
• Incorporate storytelling, case studies, and real-life applications.
✅ Collaboration with Experts:
• Work with teachers, curriculum developers, and subject matter experts.
• Gather educator feedback to refine and enhance content quality.
✅ E-Learning & Digital Content Development:
• Develop e-books, online learning modules, and multimedia content.
• Work on interactive quizzes, animations, and gamified learning.
🔹 Who We’re Looking For:
🎓 Education:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, English, Science, Mathematics, or Social Science.
• Ph.D./B.Ed./M.Ed. is a plus.
💡 Skills & Experience:
• 8-15+ years in educational publishing, curriculum development, or content writing.
• Expertise in K-8 education sector preferred.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Understanding of child psychology and innovative teaching methods.
• Familiarity with NCERT, CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, and IB curricula.
• Knowledge of digital learning tools.
